These terms apply to every order placed on digital.ocloo.tech ("the Site"), operated by OcloO ("OcloO Digital", "we"). By placing an order you accept them.

Products

E-books, templates, tools and digital services are described as accurately as possible. They are for the personal use of the buyer and may not be shared, resold or published.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email and the payment is received. Digital products are paid online (card, PayPal or bank transfer).

Delivery

Files are available in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed; subscriptions and services are delivered by email within 24 hours.

Refunds

By ordering, you ask for immediate access to the digital content and accept that a downloaded file cannot be refunded. A file that does not work or a service not delivered is replaced or refunded when reported within 1 day (24 hours).

Intellectual property

All content remains the property of its author. Buying gives a personal, non-transferable licence of use.
