Delivery & Refunds

How you receive your order

Files (e-books, templates, tools) are available as soon as the payment is confirmed: open your order in “My account” and click the file to download it.

Subscriptions and digital services are delivered by email within 24 hours of the payment, with the instructions to use them.

Nothing is shipped: there are no delivery fees and no customs duties.

Refunds

As digital content is available immediately, a downloaded file cannot be returned or refunded.

If a file does not open, is incomplete or a service was not delivered, write to us within 1 day (24 hours): we send a working file, deliver the service or refund you.

Refunds are made with the payment method of the order within 14 days.
